Qumata collects, at a minimum, steps but can also use other digital data, such as physical activity heart rate or other variables from applicants’ smartphones, health tracking apps, wearable devices and other input sources securely and with full consent. For insurers that already have data on their customers, this step can be skipped and customers data can be shared directly, if consent has been provided.
